Danida approves DKK 4.75M Communication Grant

A new project framework for the Communication Grant - Capacity Building within Research Communication, Dissemination and Networking - has been approved by Danida.

2013.12.19 | Martin Damgaard Larsen

The grant will fund an independent project from January 2014 till December 2015. Aarhus University is project holder in a consortium with Aalborg University and Roskilde University.

In collaboration with all three of PSDR’s South partner universities the formerly planned activities within knowledge sharing and dissemination, e-learning, and PBL will be conducted and adjusted in light of the new BSU context.

Tribhuvan University has decided to focus E-learning and PBL activities on PhD training. Maseno University and Gulu University are currently considering this option.

Furthermore, it is planned to establish a network of BSU-funded PhD students’ co-supervisors in Denmark. The main purposes are 1) to mobilize resource persons in a co-supervisors’ Forum; and 2) to strengthen the coherence of the project, i.e. linking E-learning and PBL more directly to (PhD) research.
